Your package includes an elegant five hour reception with a choice of a sit down or cocktail style dinner (additional $10++ per person), with a cocktail hour with food displays & passed hors d'oeuvres. The Pavilion Chefs will present a tablescape filled with artfully placed curated meats, fresh cut and dried fruit, candied and roasted nuts, sliced baguettes and assorted crackers, domestic and imported cheeses, as well as fresh greenery and seasonal decor to complete the look. Fresh vegetable crudites with an assortment of dips and pairings; fresh hummus and pita chips and flatbreads will also be included in the full grazing table. Cheeses will be paired with homemade jams and spreads, along with Chefs Selection of an array of seasonal cold salads.

Prices are subject to a 22% administrative fee and NYS sales tax. The administrative fee is used to offset the administration of the event. The fee is not a gratuity and will not be distributed to employees who provide service to the guests as such.
